We put together a comprehensive proposal outlining timelines, pricing, terms and our agreement. Followed up with e-signatures and down payment.
Project Commencement
Time to gather resources!
We will go over a list of needs to get the project done. Sometimes called the homework Stage. Includes domain registrar, current hosting information, photos, biographies, services, contact information, and a logo if applicable.
Website Development
Your new website is coming!
We assemble everything and setup the domain or sometimes a sandbox environment. We then begin laying out the website and getting it ready for your review.
First Draft Review
We are usually as excited as you are!
We will have you review the 1st draft of the site and put together a list of changes or revisions. We aren't happy unless you are!
Make Changes
We want it perfect!
We go over and make any requested changes, and make the final plans for website launch!
Website Go Live!
We launch the site!
During the site launch we keep a close eye on analytics, traffic, and performance. It includes a double check of all content and links.
Revision Period
Any new changes or updates
We give you 14 days in which all revisions you need are done at no additional cost.
Final Meeting
Your project is finished!
We discuss any marketing, or ongoing maintenance needs you may have. If something does come up we are a phone call away!
